His dedication to empowering industry professionals is evident from his years of involvement in direct-to-seller off-market real estate, which includes consulting, wholesaling, flipping, BRRRR strategies, and short-term rentals. With over 6 years of experience in the off-market direct-to-seller sector, he has spent 3 of those previous years as the Director of Sales at a Series A-backed real estate investment startup. Braxton has facilitated more than $100 million in off-market Gross Market Value and has been involved in over 650 off-market real estate transactions. Currently, he operates a local investment firm that completes over 40 off-market transactions each year.
